Tonight we ate oven baked sausage with potatoes, tomatoes, and zucchini. Lekker! (Delicious!) First Koen sautéed the sausage, zucchini, and potatoes. After everything was nicely browned, he transferred the cooked food to a lasagna dish with cherry tomatoes, garlic, shallots, and fresh thyme and rosemary. Koen mixed everything together and baked it in the oven for about half an hour.
The dish smelled so good in the oven – it was so hard to wait!
