Sushi and Southern Breakfast

Tonight for dinner Koen made sushi! My favorite roll is a bit boring but delicious: salmon, avocado, and cucumber. It’s so light and fresh!

Because it is Sunday, we also had a special brunch! This morning we decided on Southern style cuisine and had grits, eggs, and sausage (with fresh orange juice, of course). Grits are one thing a Southern girl can’t live without – we’re even nicknamed GRITS (Girls Raised In The South). Luckily they travel well and I have a big supply here in Belgium!
