Pho-Inspired Noodle Bowl

Koen and I recently discovered that our favorite supermarket in Chinatown is open on Sundays! In America all grocery stores are open on Sundays, but here in Antwerp this is an exception! So I searched My New Roots for an Asian recipe to try, and found the Pho-Inspired Noodle Bowl. Really delicious – the broth had a very interesting, delicate flavor.
