Two of our best friends live in Rotterdam, so going to visit Chris and Hannah is also a great excuse to see a bit more of the city!
For this visit, we headed to the Fenix Food Factory, a warehouse filled with fresh, delicious local products. The location of the Fenix Food Factory offers a great view of the Erasmus Bridge (also called the Swan Bridge) and the Wilhelminapier. Of course we had to take a few photos!
We were visiting in the afternoon, so what’s better than a local brewed beer and a cheese plate? With such a wide assortment of food, Koen and I couldn’t leave with only having tried a couple of beers and cheese. We took the opportunity to bring back organic Moroccan bread, spreads, and olives back to have for lunch the next day!
