Brewdog: Thesis Defense Done!

Time to celebrate!

A couple of weeks after turning in my thesis, I needed to head to Brussels to defend it. After a lot of preparation to be able to present and answer any questions they may possibly have – it’s over! I’m finished! No more classes, no more papers, no more exams, done!

My friend Ines was also defending on the same day, so once we were done we headed to Brewdog to celebrate with cold beer and fried food! It may seem counter-intuitive to go to a Scottish Craft Beer restaurant while in Belgium, the land of beer, but I had immediate nostalgia when I spotted Brewdog. Last year we went to Glasgow and had drinks at the Doghouse, another Brewdog establishment.
