Ready for brunch
We started our second day in Chelsea at The Ivy Chelsea Garden for brunch. Chelsea is one of my favorite neighborhoods and Koen and I both really love the brunch at The Ivy, so I definitely wanted to take Koen’s family here!

After brunch we split up, some of us heading to the Victoria & Albert Museum, others going for a walk and visiting Harrod’s and other stores. I will make a separate post for the V&A because Koen and I decided to see the exhibit Balenciaga Shaping Fashion.

After our time at the museum it was time for an early dinner before seeing Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theater. I chose Shepherd’s of Westminster because they have a great theater menu with vegetarian options. The head chef, Karl Goward, has worked at a few of our favorite restaurants before arriving at Shepherd’s, including St. John and The Spotted Pig. We arrived just on time for happy hour!
