I’ve been really fortunate the last few years to celebrate my birthday abroad – last year in Copenhagen, the two years previous in New York City – but with our upcoming trip to Japan, this year we kept it low key.
For a while now I’d wanted to try Otomat, so I knew immediately where I wanted to celebrate! Otomat is a pizza restaurant but with a Belgian twist. The pizza dough is made with Duvel beer yeast and each original pizza comes with a Belgian beer pairing. Match made in heaven!
