At work we were the winners of European-wide incentive and everyone received a special bottle of Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs 2010 champagne. If you know me, then you know I don’t need a special occasion for good food and drinks – there’s no time like the present!
Before opening the bottle we did a little research on food pairings, that way we can bring out the best flavors of the champagne. So for a fancy Sunday brunch we decided on lobster rolls! Koen made brioche buns and we picked up some lobster for the salad – so delicious!
